The AuthorsDrop Help area has been updated as part of our continuing work to make the application easier to understand from the moment a writer signs in.
Writing software can become frustrating when the user has to stop writing and hunt through technical documentation simply to remember how a feature works. Our aim is to keep help practical, clear and close to the task the writer is trying to complete.
The updated Help work improves the guidance available around AuthorsDrop and gives us a better foundation for adding further explanations as the application grows.
This will continue to evolve. As new facilities are introduced, and as users tell us which parts of AuthorsDrop need clearer explanation, the Help area will be expanded rather than treated as a finished manual that never changes.
