Compile to .txt, .md, .docx, and PDF
One Compile flow for plain text, Markdown, Word presets, PDF - plus Final Draft (.fdx) for scripts.
Compile shows total words and scene count, then lets you export. Choose a Word / submission preset (Standard, Novel manuscript, Agent, or Contest) for chapter-formatted .docx hand-off. Plain text and Markdown are quick shares; PDF follows your script or prose settings. Screenplays and stage plays also export Fountain/.txt and Final Draft (.fdx), with title-page packs and draft watermarks on script PDF. In the app, open Help & Guide → Saving & Exporting for the full walkthrough.
